7th National Conference on the Theory and Applications of Random Vibration
21–23 May 2010
The conference reviewed research in random vibration theory and its engineering applications, including common stochastic dynamics problems arising across engineering disciplines. Discussions spanned civil, mechanical, railway and aerospace engineering, emphasizing the connection between theoretical methods and practical engineering problems.
More than 120 delegates attended the conference, which featured 12 plenary or invited presentations and 65 session presentations. Professor Bin Huang served as Chair of the Organizing Committee and presided over the opening ceremony.
The event promoted academic exchange on random vibration, stochastic dynamics, structural reliability and engineering applications, providing a forum for connecting theoretical methods with engineering problems.
- Random vibration theory and analysis methods
