Visit by Dr Sakdirat Kaewunruen and colleagues from the University of Birmingham

Discussions covered sustainable and smart materials, life-cycle management, three-dimensional printing, infrastructure engineering and resilience.

Dr Sakdirat Kaewunruen of the University of Birmingham visited the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture at Wuhan University of Technology with his students for academic discussions with the group. Associate Professor Heng Zhang of Yangtze University and Dr Xia from the bridge engineering division of China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group also took part.
